You can also pick up your order free of charge in our beautiful atelier in Kaltbrunn 8722. Select the "Pick up Atelier" option in the shopping cart and conveniently collect your order from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

For our international customers we offer a flat shipping fee:

UPS standard 

• free of charge for orders of CHF 250 or more

• 20 CHF for orders under 250 CHF

All orders shipped take approximately 3-5 working days and a tracking code will be provided.

UPS Express 

• CHF 20 for orders of CHF 250 or more

• 30 CHF for orders under 250 CHF 

All orders shipped take approximately 1-3 working days and a tracking code will be provided.

Countries outside the EU

Since we are a small company and a lot of time, love and care goes into every product we manufacture, we ask for your understanding.  that all accessories made to order as well as custom-made products require an additional 10 working days for production.

SIZE
We're happy to offer you an exchange for size issues as we understand that finding the right one can be difficult. Please contact  info@dogsatelier.com  within 7 days of receiving the products and we will help you start the return process.

All products to be exchanged must be returned unused and in their original packaging. The shipping and / or courier costs for the returned products are the responsibility of the customer.
