Some of our items ship faster, others are made to order. Each order is handcrafted with great care, so it may take some time to ship.

"CUSTOM"- Orders 8 - 10 day - all  custom made and made to order products.

As we are a small company and a lot of time, love and care goes into every product we make, please understand that all custom orders require 8-10 business days for production.

Switzerland & Liechtenstein

We send all packages within Switzerland and Liechtenstein for youToll-free.

All shipped orders take approximately 2-4 business days with a tracking code provided.

The return shipping is also on the house.

You can also pick up your order free of charge from our beautiful studio in Kaltbrunn 8722. Select the "Pick up Atelier" option in the shopping cart and conveniently pick up your order from Monday to Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

UPS Standard 

• free of charge for orders from 250 CHF

• 30 CHF for orders below 250 CHF

All orders shipped take approximately 5-6 business days and a tracking code will be provided.

• 30 CHF for orders from 250 CHF

• 50 CHF for orders below 250 CHF an

Please note:  INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 
Please note that you are responsible for any applicable duties or customs fees. Dog's Atelier cannot estimate or pay for customs duties,

as these are charged by the destination country. 
Shipping costs and returns are non-refundable if delivery is refused and/or duties are not paid (the customer bears all the costs of returning the order to Dog's Atelier). Most overseas delays are due to customs holding the shipment.
