DOG'S ATELIER interviews Andrea - the proud owner of the Cavapoo dog Monty and a beauty studio about style, luxury and the love of dogs.

1. What makes your dog special for you ?

My dog Monty is something special for me because he is just not an ordinary dog.

He looks like a teddy bear but in fact he is a little rascal :) Monty is a very demanding and temperamental dog. He keeps me on my toes and even when I am dead tired he always manages to cheer me up and make me forget everything with his playful character and humorous existence.

2. As the owner of a beauty salon, you attach a lot of importance to aesthetics. Is that why the outfit/appearance of your four-legged friend is important to you?

This has not only to do with my profession as a beautician but more with my nature. That means I am an aesthete by nature and like to have it beautiful and stylish everywhere around me. My little Monty is allowed to enjoy his happy dog life to the fullest, which means he likes to go in the water and sometimes gets very dirty. It means all the more to me that he just always looks well-groomed by regularly visiting the dog hairdresser, but above all I love having great and unusual accessories on him. Like the ones from DOG`S ATELIER, for example.

I enjoy buying such extravagant collars and leashes for Monty. On the one hand because they usually go very well with my outfit, but above all because they are extremely durable. I appreciate the quality of the DOG'S ATELIER accessories and I can rely on them 100%. My Monty uses them everywhere - no matter if he runs into the water or pulls on the leash, the collars and leashes look like new.

3. How much luxury would you like for your dog?

First and foremost, luxury for me in relation to my dog means that he stays healthy, always gets good, high-quality food and can enjoy a happy, carefree dog's life.

But when it comes to how much material luxury it can be for him or another dog, I think it's in the eye of the beholder and of course also a little bit in the wallet. But even for the smaller purse, it is much more fun to have a great outfit for your four-legged friend as well as good quality that lasts longer. This way you don't buy two or three collars but only one very special accessory. That is important to me and nothing is too much for my Monty.

4. What do you look for when choosing your dog accessories?

It is extremely important that the dog accessories - as already mentioned - are of a very good quality so that they can move around without having to fear that the accessories will fall apart every time. I also consciously choose accessories for Monty that suit him and his character. I have the impression that even Monty enjoys wearing such elegant collars when he goes for a walk because he gets a lot of attention from many passers-by, which makes him even more self-confident ;)

5. What makes a walk with Monty so unique for you ?

Sometimes it is not easy for me to go for a long walk with the dog after a stressful day at work. I also believe that I am not the only dog owner in such a situation. But at the latest after 10 minutes of walking with Monty, I experience myself in a completely new way, from a fresh and light side. Firstly, almost everywhere I go I get a lot of compliments on this adorable dog with these great accessories - which of course makes me very happy and proud, but most of all it sets me up again. It's just so good to be outside in the fresh air with the dog and to get new strength.
